Shipping

We ship from Indianapolis, Indiana, to all 50 US states, Canada and the Dominican Republic. Prices are in US dollars.

Shipping rates

United States: free shipping on orders of $20 or more (before tax), otherwise $7.99 per order.
Canada: $24.99 per order.
Dominican Republic: $34.99 per order.
The exact shipping cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Estimated delivery after shipping: 3 to 7 business days in the United States, 6 to 10 business days to Canada, 7 to 15 business days to the Dominican Republic. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Customs, duties and import taxes

For orders shipped to Canada or the Dominican Republic, import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. They are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient when the package arrives. Please check your local rules on importing dietary supplements before ordering.

Sales tax

For US orders, sales tax is calculated from the state of your delivery address and shown at checkout before you pay. No US sales tax is charged on orders shipped to Canada or the Dominican Republic.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we send the tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Address issues

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, message us right away on WhatsApp. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged or missing packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date) with your order number and photos if possible. We will replace the product or refund you.
