Returns & Refunds

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of products that are unopened, with the safety seal intact.

30-day returns on unopened products

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unopened product in its original condition. Opened products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective or not what you ordered.

How to request a return

Message us on WhatsApp or by email with your order number and the product you want to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product is damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we cover the return or simply send a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we refund the price of the product to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are not refunded, except when the error is ours.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge until it ships. Message us as soon as possible.
